On 21st October Martin ran The Great South Run to raise money for Portsmouth Downs Syndrome Association.
Thanks to your generous donations Martin raised over £300 to go to this very worthy cause.
The weather couldn’t have been better and Martin set a respectable time of 1:21 to complete the 10 mile course.
Mark, Martin’s friend (pictured above) is father to Jack who has Downs Syndrome and he was on the road side cheering on the guys all the way!
