What your child should bring to a session

Tennis racket (we have spares if you don’t own one)

Trainers that support their feet

Hat / sun cream if it’s hot (wishful thinking)!

1 snack & drink
Cancellation of Course
Please let us know if your child is unable to continue with their class so we can keep an up to date register and offer your place to new customers.
Cancellation of a Session
If a session is cancelled due to poor weather, we will inform you at least 30 minutes prior to the session start time. In many cases, we are able to use the school’s indoor facilities, but this is not guaranteed. If a session is cancelled you will receive a credit. This means you pay for one session less on the following course or receive a refund, should you wish to.
Health & Safety
Please let us know of any medical conditions and/or allergies of any player. We automatically allow players aged 10+ years to leave the courts without adult supervision. We assume you will notify us if you have an agreed alternative with your child.
Safeguarding Children
Safeguarding Officer is Debbie Sykes 07790 306593 or email [email protected]
All concerns will be dealt with confidentially and not to our member’s/players’ detriment. If there is an absence of the welfare officer you can contact the LTA Safeguarding Team by emailing [email protected] the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) or the NSPCC on 0808 800 5000
